In 2008 I wrote my first book on longevity and immortality titled “Physical Immortality: A History and How to Guide“.

Since then I’ve been researching, networking, and having many new experiences to add to my knowledge of extreme longevity.

The result is that I’ve now developed a more refined set of principles which I call a holistic philosophy of long term health, greater happiness, and extended longevity.
