Here are my approaches to reducing these most common deaths:
1) General Diseases-Practice Meditation-which strengthens all aspects of the body and mind, Vital Force Improvements, taking care of your body
2) Accidents/Homicide-4th on the list. Learn to use your Intuition to reduce accidents and stay safe from danger
3) Suicide-How we feel about ourselves is critical to living so developing and implementing a solid life purpose is important
4) General Diseases again –Also take supplements to keep your body strong and don’t forgetĀ to do regular daily exercise
